Auto formatting text is showing...

Not sure what I did, but for some reason, the coding for some auto-insert
text is showing. For instance, instance, instead of just showing an e-mail
address as "[email protected]", it would show " {HYPERLINK "mailto:
[email protected]"} ", or if I have an auto-date, it would show as " {DATE \@
"M/d/yyyy" } ". I can't figure out how to turn this off and it's driving me
insane!
