Auto Forwarding emails

I'm going out of town to a conference and my company does
not allow us to access our email account (through Outlook)
unless we are using a computer that is physically
connected to our server. Is there a way to configure
Outlook to automatically forward my emails to another
email account such as Comcast?

You could create a rule to do it (Tools | Rules Wizard) which may work.
Or you could ask your e-mail administrator to create a contact item for
your Comcast address and then have your mail forwarded there at the server.

If your company uses Exchange as its mail server you should ask if Outlook
Web Access might be available for you.
