Auto forwarding of Messages

I am working at a client site and I'm using the client's email system. I
want to forward all emails to my personal email so I have set up a rule to
handle the forward but the emails are not showing up in my personal email
box. Any ideas?

Is the client using exchange? The admin may have autoforwarding disabled.
