Hello,
We give unique numbers to projects that we execute. So let's say that we
approve a new project today, the project would be assigned the next
consecutive number, let's say PM-375. The next project approved would take
the next number, i.e PM-376. That number becomes unique and no other project
can have the same number. The system that we used before would generate this
"ID" automatically. Is there a way to do this with Project Server 2007, i.e.
importing a project and the system automatically assigning the next
consecutive number? and if yes, how???
I am looking at starting a spreadsheet, but that would somewhat be going
backwards from what we had before?????
Thanks!!!
