The message auto-linking function does not work in BCM v2. The cause is
previously corrupted .pst files. Although corruption was fixed using
scanpst.exe, the repair does not touch missing segments. BCM v.1 was working
fine with the same .pst files so I must conclude that the .sql database plus
BCM v.2 is more sensitive. Unfortunately Outlook instability no longer allow
you to work with BCM v1 any more.
It would be good to know if there is an existing fix for this or whether it
might be possible to develop a patch.
