Auto Linking

I have copied a contact from Outlook to BCM. E-mail linking is
enabled.

Some of my contacts show previous e-mails in History, others don't. I
have verified that the e-mails exist from that contact, and I have
manually set linking. the past e-mails still don't show up.

Is there some step I'm missing? It works with most of my other
contacts.
