Auto login on Outlook Express

Sorry, can't find the Express group.

One of my children decieded to see how programs work and
has screwed up several programs on my PC. My Outlook
Express now will not log in automatically. I've checked
the properties and re-input the paswwords but when I open
my program it tries to login , but then promps me for the
password again. I input the same password and it operates
correctly. If I rerun the program it again will work
correctly but if I shut it down I get the same error
messages.

Any Ideas?
