Cannot login to Outlook 2007 after installing SP2

I have Vista and Office 2007. I use Outlook for email from my customer, who
uses Exchange Server. I installed SP2 several days ago (as well as the
security update for PowerPoint), and now I've only been able to get into
Outlook a couple times and after repeatedly trying each time.

I use Outlook personal folders. Usually I have to provide my server username
and ID, followed by a password for each personal folder I want to access.
Since I installed the SP2, I sometimes can get past the server login, only to
have the first personal folder password window hang up. Or sometimes Outlook
does not offer the server login window, and immediately brings up a personal
folder login window that hangs. If I try to close the personal folder login
window, Windows asks me if I want to restart the program, close it, or wait
for it to respond. I've mostly been getting my customer email via Web Access
since installing the SP2.

I also use Outlook for personal email with Verizon and hosted email, and
have no problems accessing it since the SP2 install using the same PC.

My customer uses the XP and 2003 environment. Is the Office 2007 SP2
incompatible with that environment, especially the Exchange server?
