Auto mail from access table

Hi

Would like to know, is any option or code to call table fields in module as
we call forms in module to send auto mail without manual intervention.

eg: table emp , fields are empname,entrytime and late entrytime.

i want to send mail from table as soon as the late entry time is equal to
specifed time and it should be sent automatically without manual
intervention.
