auto open a workbook

Is their a way that when I open an xls workbook that I could write some code
under the workbook_open sub that would automatically open a csv workbook and
close it just so it will update the csv links that I have on my xls workbook?

I need to do this b/c when I update links on my xls workbook it tells me
that my csv links can't be updated.
