Whenever I send an e-mail using HTML or Rich Text formatting in Outlook 2003,
the receiver always gets it in plain text. In Tools>Options>Mail Format, the
'Compose in this format' box has HTML selected. The e-mail does appear in
HTML or Rich Text in the Sent Items folder though. I've sent an e-mail in
HTML and opened it in Outlook Express as well, and it still appears in plain
text. All other e-mails open in HTML if they were sent that way, and I've
even used Outlook Express to send an HTML message to myself in MS Outlook and
it works fine. How can I stop this from happening?
