Auto-populate Infopath form with Microsoft CRM data

How can I publish Microsoft CRM data in a Infopath form?

The Infopath form currently as a standalone app connects via a datasource
connection with CRM and populates the InfoPath attributes.

What I wish to accomplish is:
a) Launch the InfoPath form from CRM (this is done)
b) Pass CRM data to InfoPath form to pre-populate the form (without explicit
data source connection definition)

Any ideas/thoughts on this one are welcome.

I didn't wrote an atricle about this, but I think it is possible.
