Auto read incoming email and then send New Email

Hi Everyone,

I have a need for the following and I hope this is correct forum.

I would like to do the following:

1. Receive a PayPal payment email notification.
2. Automatically read that email and pull out a few pieces of
information.
3. Then generate a New email by populating a template email with the
pulled pieces of information and a lookup table.
4. The “To & Bcc” address of this email would be determined by a lookup
table currently in excel.
5. Once complete, then HOLD the email in a folder for manual check.

Does anyone have experience with this in Outlook?
