auto repeat 2 slides, on click 2 next slides (ppt 2003)

Dear all,
I am a powerpoint beginner, and dutch ;-).
I have to make a concert-accompanying presentation. Each song has a text and
a picture wich should slowly fade out/in each 30 secs. On click of a helper
on the pc the next 2 slides (text and picture) should do the same. How can i
program this in powerpoint 2003 (sp2)

Wim - If I understand!

Make your 4 slides
View > slide sorter
Click slide1 and shift click slide 2 (ie select 1 &2)
Slide show > slide transition > choose fade smoothly and tick the
automatically after box > type in 30 secs
Now select slides 3 & 4 and do the same but do not tick the automatically
after box just the on mouse click box

Thx John, but it is not what i meant.
There should be a kind of loop-behaviour, a constant transition from one
slide to the other for the duration of one song, then a mouse click and a
constant loop of 2 slides (30 secs, 30 secs, 30 secs, 30 secs...) until the
song is over, then the second mouseclick and the next 2 slides wil be shown,
one at the time, and there too an automated trasitition after each 30 secs.
We could time the somgs, but.. depending on audience sometimes a somg takes
more time... so if a loop could be introduced, of programmed, I have my
perfect presentation as an extra to the musical show.
Please, tell me if this is possible.
