Auto reply for Distribution Group?

Is there a way to set up an autoreply for a distribution group, to tell
people that their email has been recieved and is being reviewed by the group?
Autoreply on the individual members Outlook is not appropriate, since they
are not away from their desks.

That article applies to individual mailboxes. A distribution group isn't a
mailbox. If you wanted to use a mailbox instead of a distribution group to
handle those incoming items, then yes, 291956 would apply.
