Auto reply rule within Outlook 2003

We have a Feedback mailbox where members email us their feedback. Is there a
way to set up a response or set up an auto reply to respond to these members?
We would like to send an auto reply saying "We received your email,
etc......". Is this possilbe within Outlook 2003?

I would think the "reply using a specific template" rule would work.
