Auto Reply

We set up a rule to auto reply every time an external client e-mails us. This
was turned off temporarily. It is now back on and sends a reply but only
once. It used to send a reply every time this client sent mail. The next day
it will send the auto reply. It seems to be a one shot deal per day now. I
looked everywhere but cannot find a setting to change. Any suggestions on how
to restore this to the original way of replying to every e-mail would be
appreciated.
