When i am away I like to leave a auto reply message for the incoming e-mail
so they know I am away and won't be repling to their message for a week or so.

Select help and search for "Out of Office" That will tell you want you
need to do for your version of Outlook. For specific help you should always
tell us what version of Outlook you are using and what version of Windows
you are using.

i have version 2002, but when i try to set up the out of office message,
there is no outleook template option to save as.
