Auto resending/forwarding messages on Outlook XP

I am trying to figure out how to resend messages
automatically after a period of time. I recieved a
message a while back that was forwarded by a rule. I have
had a scout round but have not been able to figure oout
hopw to do it.
Help from a guru would be much appreciated, crossed legs
LSD and organe smock not reqired though:)
