Change Language Encoding when Auto Forwarding

C

Clement

Hi,

I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2003 on Windows 2000 SP4 machine. I had change
the Mail Format->International Option to use UTF-8 as my default Encoding for
outgoing message, Auto select Encoding was disabled.

Whenever I receive an email, forward it manually one by one, it will change
to UTF-8.

But if I set the Rules to automatic forward every emails when receiving
them, the emails turn out to be using the same encoding from the user!

Please anyone can help me that how to set to automatic forward every emails
I receive but change the encoding to UTF-8.

Best Regards,
Clement

Because rules kick in earlier, I don't think you can unless there is a rule
to change it (and I don't think there is). Are you autoforwarding as
attachment or inline?

Thanks Diane, the Auto forwarding was inline. Is there any solution or 3rd
party software to do so?

Clement
