I am using Front Page 2000 to build websites. I have noticed that the picture
that I used on the index.htm page (Home) over laps the screen on some
monitors, depending on the monitor's settings. Is there a way to
automatically resize the images depending on the monitor settings? Are there
any Javascripts that will do this for me? Thank you!

No. Do not use such large pictures. It takes forever to load on a dial
up connection. many people will get tired of waiting and move on,

No, there isn't. Pages can be built so that text areas resize and re-flow at
different sizes, so that the whole page is "flexible", but that needs to be
done from the planning stage, and images need to be fairly small.
