Hi All
Is it possible to get outlook to auto respond to appointment requests when closed (OL2000 and Exchange 2000 Server)
I have resources (Boardroom and Meetingroom) with assigned delegates (all with Editor permissions) that can DIRECTLY POST appointments to the calendar. However, I have remote users that work offline and need to mail meeting requests to these resources only the auto responder function does not work. I must point out that these resources are not active client accounts. Outlook is never open on these resources
The three meeting request options in Tools, Calendar, Options, Resource Scheduling are ticked.
I have sent test requests to the Boardroom and Meetingroom while outlook on these resources are open and the autoresponder has replied after 10-15mins
Does Outlook have to be open for the auto responder function to work? If so is there another solution my problem
