Auto Save problem

Hello

While working on a word file and every 10 min, which is the default for the
auto save option. I get a message saying:

"You cannot save while the file is in use by another process. Try saving the
file with a new name.
(D:\..................AutoRecovery save of UD Food ...) "

then when I press Ok it gives me another message saying that auto recovery
or the auto save was postponed..

I renamed the file from: "UD Food QTT 02.04.doc" to another name: "2UD
Food QTT 02.04.doc"

What might be the problem?

Well it does not apply 100% to my case for ex. I don't have % in my file
name but I have a dot other thant the one of the extension

But I don't think it's the problem

Do your file names contain other punctuation such as a hyphen or
period other than the period for the file extension?

IIRC others have encountered this issue when their file names
contained other symbol characters as well.
