I have a spreadsheet that is used by many people. For the majority, the
setting I have for scale to fit to page works fine.
However, there are several users of this spreadsheet that the area selected
for printing is different. For the few people that have a problem, the print
out looks very small where it looks like a postage stamp and font too small
to read. This problem is consistent with the people that have this issue.
The spreadsheet does not have "Print Area" defined in the page set-up
intentially so it should automatically select the area for printing since
sheets can vary slightly. For my spreadsheet for instance, it looks like it
is selecting A1:H80 (approximately). The users having problems looks like it
is selecting print area something significantly larger even though they have
similar data which is why it looks so small when scaled to fit the page.
Why would one computer select the print area differently than another? Is
there a setting such as in "Options" that can be adjusted so they do it
similarly? I do not want to have to tell users how to format each sheet
individually they review because there are 12 sheets in a spreadsheet and
they may generate variations of the same spreadsheet each day.
Remember I can not preset the the Print Area because each spreadsheet can
vary slightly.
