Auto Signature......?

PA has has access to directors mailbox.
PA has full control to directors box.
PA used to reply to some of the directors mail on his
behalf & she advises it used to insert text something
like "PA on behalf of Director...."

Auto signature does not work as it inserts this on all off
her Emails.

Any ideas?

That would have been in the header of sent messages. She wouldn't see it on
messages she composes. Check whether she has SEnd As or Send On Behalf Of
privileges on the director's mailbox and decide which is appropriate for
your situation.

She had the send as permission.
