Create a Macro that fires off before close:
Private Sub Workbook_BeforeClose(Cancel As Boolean)
Cells.CheckSpelling CustomDictionary:="CUSTOM.DIC",
IgnoreUppercase:=False _
, AlwaysSuggest:=True, SpellLang:=1033
End Sub
The macro should be contained in the "This Workbook"
Object.
