Auto-Summarize

After summarizing a document once, I tried to do it again, and it said it
couldn't find any text to summarize.
What is the problem?

What version of Word are you using? What type of summary did you
select? Have you modified the document since the first summary? Is the
original summary still in the document or did you delete it?
