Auto-update Times For RSS Feeds in Outlook 2007

Hi

I had a search through the forum but could not find the answer:

How do I specify how regularly Outlook 2007 should check the RSS feeds I
have added into it? When adding feeds there is an option to use the feed's
recommended check interval (e.g. 1 hour), but what about the feeds that have
no recommendations? How often are they checked?

Hi

Sorry. Forget it. I've found out already. The answer is; the same interval
as you set your emails to be checked. :)
