Auto Updates by moving columns

HI

I am trying to highlight a column and move it across right there ar
different times in the columns all at 15 mintue intervals.

What I am trying to do is move it accross 1 column and rather than ad
on 1 hour to the time I need it to add on 15minutes instead?


I am open to any takers?
