AutoArchive Folder Policy

Does anyone know a way to enforce a consistent Autoarchive policy at
the folder level for Outlook 2003?. For example, we turn Autoarchiving
on but we don't want it to ever archive Deleted items or the calendar.
All other folders are to be archived based on the defaults that we set
in Group policy. Right now we have to manually make those changes
(basically overrid the Deleted items and calendar folders) on each
workstation. Furthermore, they seem to be stored in the profile so if
a user logs on to a different worstation, they do not get the same
auto archive settings unless we configure them each time.

Any help would be appreciated
