AutoArchiving Issue

Using Outlook 2003 on WinXP.

When i select Archive and tick both "Archive this folder
and all subfolders" & "Include items with Do not
autoarchive check" some folders still do not archive? It
is an issue as this particular user has a massive amount
of folders and to manually set the archive properties for
each user would be extremely time consuming.

Any help appreciated and Thank You in advance.

This may be a long shot, but check the Modified date on the items that aren'
t being archived as you think they should. That's the date Outlook uses to
determine whether or not an item is ready to be AutoArchived (or archived
from the File menu Archive command), and a simple action such as moving the
item to another folder can change the Modified date. More information and a
