Autoarchiving

I'd like to choose one folder from my mailbox that contains more
subfolders for autoarchiving. I know that I can choose to include
subfolders by going to File>Archive. What I'm not sure of is will that
work with my archiving schedule or only once?

permanent?

Not easily or automatically - you need to change it on each folder.
