Autocomplete for "To" field in Outlook?

Does anyone know how or if it's even possible to enable an autocoplete like
feature for the "To:" field in Outlook 2000 or XP?

Outlook 2002, yes: Tools > Options > Preferences > E-mail Options... >
Advanced E-mail options... > Suggest names
