AutoComplete Lost in Outlook 2007

Windows XP using Outlook 2007 with corporate exchange server and preset
account ID/Profile names.

The autocomplete has stopped working though it is turned on in the advanced
email presferences.

Can someone list or point me to the steps necessary to repair this problem?

I cannot change the profile name.

Profile settings remain in the registry. As soon as you return to the
original name, they will be back in play.

What if I tried changing the name - repairing the nk2 file and changing
back
to original?

What are the steps?
