Autocomplete order for mail recipients in Outlook

P

Paul H.

One of our clients has he same first name as me. When I am typing the first
characters of my first name as a CC on an email from Outlook, the
autocomplete lists the best fits. My name is second, which has caused a
couple emails to copy to the client instead of to me. I tried changing the
order that contact folders are looked at - I don't remember how I did that -
but that didn't help. I really want to be able to you autocomplete, but I
don't see an alternative if I can't default my name to be the first Paul.
Thanks.

Autocomplete has nothing to do with your contacts. It uses a cache of names in the .nk2 file for completion.
