AutoComplete Tips Not Showing

Do you have ScreenTips enabled (View tab of Tools | Options)? Do you have
AutoComplete tips enabled (AutoText dialog)? Does every AutoText entry have
a unique name at least four characters long?

Yes, I have all the options selected and yes the unique
name is at least four characters long. Any other
suggestions?

From correspondence it would appear that perhaps Word doesn't like AutoText
entry names containing numbers (at least not unless they follow at least
four unique letters).
