We use Outlook 2003 at work. A number uf us are no longer able to use
AutoComplete. It worked last week, but not this week.

Is it still turned on? Tools-> Options-> button E-mail Options...-> button
Advanced E-mail Options...-> option Suggest names...

Note that the "AutoComplete" feature is actually a cache of previously used
email addresses. You can reset this by renaming your nk2-file to .old

Tips of the month:
-What do the Outlook Icons Mean?
-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

Yes, it's still on. Should I try renaming the nk2-file?

It can't hurt. Sometimes the problem can only be fixed by creating a new
mail profile, however.
