autocompleting words

Does anyone know how you can setup an 'autocomplete' function in outlook 2k
when typing emails?

e.g. on my blackberry typing "u" and a space converts into "you"
automatically.

Outlook 2000 has no autocomplete function. Word 2000 does. If Word is your
email editor, you can create autocomplete entries with it.
