Autoconfigure a user certificate for outlook SMIME

MS has instructions for programatically assigning a user certifiacte to
Outlook for encryption and signing. This example is located at:

Step 5 in of this "Open the GUID_Dilkie profile section, where the
security settings are stored" has me stumped. There doesn't seem to be
a GUID_Dilkie profile section.
We tried to instance this classw id and it doesnt exist.
Is there a dll or type library that instances this class?

Hi Cliff. You might have a better chance at getting an answer in the
microsoft.public.platformsdk.mapi newsgroup. But that's just me saying I
don't have a clue...
