Autocorrect Graphic problem

I have some autocorrect entries in Word X that have embedded graphics.
I've had the same problem several times: the graphic suddenly no
longer appears with the autocorrect entry and has been replaced by an
entry from my Entourage address book, or by something that says:
created from editing field codes.EMB.

Any ideas how what to do about this? Thank you for your help.

If you really are in Word X, I would rename the Normal template, then use
Organiser to copy the autocorrect entries from the old one to the new one.

You need to quit Word then rename the Normal template. When you next start
Word, it will create a new, problem-free Normal.

Word X used to suck the content of your Entourage contacts list into the
Normal template, which eventually led to corruption of the template.
