The AutoDial feature which can be coded behind a command button works
fine on one of my computers running XP SP1 but not on a brand new one.
I suspect it has something to do with Active Voices Phone Dialer 1.5
(Dialer.exe in System32). I can rename and it recreates. That program
is on both machines but when you dial on the old machine it leaves Phone
Dialer minimized that has been around for some time - a rectangle with
numbered buttons and a text box for the number. On the new machine when
dialing sliding windows appear to control mike and volume and when
minimized its Phone Dialer 1.5.
Anybody know how to kill Active Voices Phone Dialer 1.5 and locate the
old push button dialer which is hidden somewhere.
