autodialer gone in Access 2007

In Access 2003 we were able to add the autodialer option. we have users that
call out using an Avaya IP softphone with numbers listed in their access
database. we can't seem to find the option to add the autodialer option. i
have checked all of the customized toolbars and cannot find it. If i search
for dialer or autodialer it isn't listed anywhere on microsoft's site. Did
this feature get taken away or am i missing it?
