hi what a great forum
my question is: in outlook at work I have outlook set up with fields and allow in cell editing.
for example if the field was called agent, when a message comes in to the inbox and I click on the field I have to enter my initials and our site code the press enter, this allows other users to see who is dealing with the message.
is there a way to automate this so that with one click of the mouse the cell will be prepopulated and returned (if enter is not pressed the field remains blank to other users)under that one field.
