Autofill Doesn't Work

I just switched from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003, and imported all my
contacts. However, when I type in the "To:" box, I want a drop-down of all
names that includes the letters I typed in. For example, I have an entry for
Joe Smith, and when I type in Joe Sm .... it doesn't create a drop-down box
of Joe Smith nor autofill anything.... What am I doing wrong?

This needs to be completed/filled out the first time and then the next time
you use that address/name it will auto fill th rest out.

Autocompletion does not use Contacts data.
It will use a cache you create as you send messages.
