Autofill on Outlook Email - I want to purge addresses

You know how in Outlook's email - if you type the email address it
suggests the complete address?

I would like to purge those. Oh, I like the feature. But now when I
type Mi...it fills it with some "mike" that I did a single ebay
transaction with years ago (and the specter of sending him an email
instead of to my friend, a different Mike).

Any suggestions?

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:
