The autofill feature of Outlook 2003 keeps email addresses that I have not
added to any contact list seemly forever. I do not want autofill to suggest
any email address that I have not put into my contact list. For one, I do
not want very easily to send email to the wrong person.

How does one turn off the autofill feature with respect to email addresses
not in any contact list?

How does one turn off the autofill feature with respect to email addresses
that are not in a given set of contact lists?

How does one turn off the autofill feature for all but a few selected domains?

How does one turn off the autofill feature completely?

How can one enforce such policies at a coporate level?

These are important questions when one only wants to use the autofill
feature with those who are within a given set of companies or groups.

you can turn if off completely in tools, options, email options, advanced-
suggest names at the bottom. you can not use it for some names and not
others - its all or nothing.

Assuming you actually mean autocompletion ("autofill" has no meaning), the
feature and how to turn it off are well documented in Help files and
countless posts and websites.
What you want to do is use autoresolution and not autocompletion. How to
enforce that as a policy system wide is a question for your Exchange
administrator or for an Exchange group.
