Autofill users details

One of our clients would like to setup an MS Word 2003 Fax template that automatically fills up the following details from Active Directory:

Full Nam
Email addres
Telephone Nume
Mobile Numbe
Fax Numbe

Any idea of how this can be accomplished??? Their network is running on SBS2003 Premium Edition; clients run Windows XP with MS Office 2003 + Infopath.

Hi Graham I have a releated problem in that I want to create a family of templates to create common document types. Each template would read a unique collection of Word's user date to auto fill in the document and or reference data files, graphics etc. to autofill additional document elements.

Can you recomend a starting point and what skills I need to know to do this?
