autofilter dropdown arrow color

I had seen this question somewhere but cannot find it so...

When turning an excel autofilter, the header rows get a dropdown button with
a black arrow. When you use that field for filtering, the arrow turns blue.
Is there any way to make the arrow turn another color for better visibility?
