Autofilter list not showing all entries

Hello Everyone!

I am using MSProject 20003 with consolidated schedules. when opening the
consolidate schedule (14,500 line items total) and then I autofilter, the
autofilter doesn't list all the entries. It leaves out a few entriees
located at the bottom of the consolidated file. if I collapse a few
schedules at the top leaving about 9000 line items showing then the
autofilter lists the entries.

Is there a "line limit" on which the autofilter doesn't exceed?

Sounds like there is a limit somewhere between 9000 and 14,500.
I'm running a test now...

Confirmed.
On Project 2003 there is a limit of 10000 items.

I'm not sure it is a bummer. Why would one want to have to find one value
out of 10000?
It seems crazy to me to look through such a list.
You can always use the "custom" option and specify a value or you can use
the project filter which does not have this limitation.
A drop-down with 10000 items is insane :)
