Under Autofilter, the option CUSTOM can you increase number of criteria from 2 ?

If you need more than three criteria, you can use an Advanced Filter.
There are instructions in Excel's Help files, and on my web site:

Or, you may be able to add a column to your table, and filter on that.
For example, to filter for three provinces, enter the formula:
=OR(A2="Ontario",A2="Quebec",A2="Manitoba")
Copy the formula down to the last row, and filter that column for TRUE
